Bringing Joy to Boolatians!

As we've often said, our studio's greatest asset is our team. That's why we're constantly looking for ways to make them happy, including giving them cool gifts.

Today, we'd like to share the results of an anonymous survey designed to help us do even better for our team.
What gifts do Boolat employees like to receive the most?
Keep scrolling to find out!

Let's start with the basics. What gifts do our employees want to get?

We have obvious leaders here, and they're clothing and gadgets, which 57% and 68% of employees would like to receive. The percentages might seem a bit off, but that's because there were multiple-response questions in the poll ;)

Let's talk more about clothing. What's the first thing you think about when choosing clothes?

Its color, maybe? In terms of color, the top choices were the classics of black, white, and basic colors, each getting 36% of votes from our respondents.

What about prints and designs?

Well, things got a little complicated here. Here are the three top preferences:
1. 50% of respondents prefer bright, stylish designs
2. 52% went for stylish but subdued prints
3. 52% chose minimalism

Now that we've settled the question of color and design, let's find out what clothing items are the most popular among our team members. Our survey reveals what our respondents like to wear every day! The votes were divided, but we think there's room for some experimentation here :)

T-shirts: 62%
Hoodies and sweatshirts: 71%
Hats, baseball caps: 28%
Outerwear (jackets, parkas, etc.): 45%
And even pants: 24%

Things with clothes are clear now. So, let's talk gadgets!

We asked the team to rate our gift ideas on a scale from 0 to 10, and here are their top picks:
Gaming devices were rated a full 10 points by 57% of respondents
Power banks, chargers, and other doohickeys scored 58%
43% would like an e-book

And just for fun, we decided to make some interesting and unexpected competition categories for our not-so-successful ideas. After all, the path to perfection involves lots of trial and error!

In the "Collect Them All!" category, tasty treats emerged victorious, receiving ratings across the spectrum from 0 to 10.

In the "So, That Wasn't Clear" category, gift certificates took the crown, with nearly equal numbers of 0 and 10-point ratings. What do you think—should we go for it? :)

And where would we be without a few fails? The "What Did We Do to Deserve This?!" award goes to giving hats, with 30% of the team giving it zero points. No other idea received such a low rating! Well, it looks like we're striking out the baseball caps!
